Finley’s Oven Cleaning Supplies offers tools and supplies intended for the oven cleaning professional, please do not purchase goods if a member of the general public.

Please note we are currently only able to ship to the UK mainland only.  If your postcode falls outside the UK mainland, unfortunately we will have to cancel your order and refund your payment.

Any claims for shortages or errors in your order should be forwarded to us as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt.  We will accept returned items which are damaged in any way up to 14 days from the date of purchase.  Please advise of any damage to a tank purchased within 14 days, a full refund will not normally be issued after 30 days.  If you wish to return a tank to us if it is received in a damaged condition, please contact us to discuss the return before booking any courier.  Any courier charges will need to be agreed in writing before you return the goods.

If a deposit is taken in respect of any training package or any oven cleaning dip tank being made to order, please note this is non-refundable.
